People of Kannur insulted me: Ranjini Haridas

(Jan 7, 2017, DG): Malayalam TV anchor Ranjini Haridas expressed shock at the mass molestation in Bengaluru.

Ranjini recalled a similar incident she had to face in Kannur when the crowd misbehaved with her after a stage program. "I couldn't defend myself as a group of people tried to insult me that day. When ladies approach police with such compaints, they too insult them. Many women don't even know how to complain in such situations", she told a news channel in Kerala.
