AIIMS MBBS Admit Card 2017 released
 
Candidates who have applied for AIIMS MBBS 2017 can now download their admit cards from the official website at aiimsexams.org or mbbs.aiimsexams.org.

Scheduled for May 28, AIIMS MBBS will be conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes offered by All India Institutes of Medical Sciences.

The Admit Card of the exam is one of the most important documents required at all stages of the examination starting from the exam day until final admission of the students in respective institutes.

Candidates downloading the admit cards may need to provide basic details such as their registration number and date of birth. Here’s how you can download your AIIMS MBBS 2017 admit card.

1)Go to the official website

2)Click on the hovered link, “AIIMS MBBS Admit Card

3)Enter the details required

4)Verify all the information on the Admit Card

5)Download and save your admit card

6)Obtain a hard copy for future purposes

Exams invite certain details in the registration process to create the candidates’ profile for the exam. Admit Card is the document that certifies and validates all the information mentioned in the Application Form. Thus, candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned in the card.

In case of any discrepancy, authorities at AIIMS must be notified at the earliest. Every year, almost 300,000 students register for the exam each year and AIIMS release admit cards for every student registering for the exam.

AIIMS MBBS exam will be conducted in two sessions viz. Morning and evening for a duration of 210 minutes in Hindi and English mode. The question paper will be multiple choice and reasonassertion based.

Each question will consist of 4 multiple choice questions and candidates will have to choose a most appropriate answer out of them.For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. For each incorrect answer, 1/3 (One third) mark will be deducted. No marks will be allotted for any unmarked response.

There are just 672 seats on offer in seven AIIMS centres in all — New Delhi, Patna (Bihar), Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Rishikesh (Uttarakhand) and Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).

Out of which 337 seats are unreserved, 181 are for OBC, 101 for SC and 53 seats are for ST candidates.
